From the ground up, I have a deep and personal understanding of what it takes to be in executive leadership. I believe that it is my responsibility to help others gain this understanding and to empower other leaders, especially women. I believe that the many leading roles I play on a daily basis have equipped me with the much-needed skills to identify areas in business and culture that need nurturing in order to grow and succeed.
